Allergens & diet tags
Allergen and diet labels are not part of the published nutrition data — they are maintained by hand and only asserted where an ingredient makes them certain. Anything unconfirmed is marked as not verified. Always confirm with the store if you have an allergy.
How the Meal Score is calculated
The score starts at 70 and is adjusted by the following rules. Nothing is hidden or hand-tuned:
- +0.6 points per gram of protein (max +20)
- +2 points per gram of fiber (max +10)
- −0.015 points per mg of sodium above 1,000mg
- −1.5 points per gram of saturated fat above 5g
- −0.8 points per gram of added sugars above 10g
- −0.03 points per calorie above 700 kcal
The result is clamped between 5 and 99.
Limitations you should know
- In-store portions vary between locations and staff.
- Menus change by country, region and season; limited-time items may not appear.
- Custom builds are estimates, not measured values.
- Allergen information never replaces confirming with the store.
- This is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Subway.
- Nutrition information is not medical advice — talk to a professional for clinical needs.
